About Ag Farm Real Estate

AG Farm Real Estate was founded by Andy Gudajtes, a lifelong farmer, appraiser, and real estate professional with deep roots in North Dakota agriculture. Andy grew up on his family’s row-crop farm in the Red River Valley, where his early experiences shaped his lifelong passion for farmland and rural properties.

With over two decades of experience, Andy has built his career at the intersection of appraisal, land sales, and farm management. He began appraising farmland in 2002, earned his Certified General Appraiser License in 2006, and achieved the designation of Accredited Rural Appraiser (ARA) in 2008 through the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA). In 2011, he added his real estate license in North Dakota and Arizona.

Andy has appraised and sold hundreds of thousands of acres across North Dakota, Minnesota, South Dakota, Montana, and Wyoming. He has consistently delivered trusted appraisals and real estate services to estates, litigation clients, lenders, trusts, counties, and individual landowners. Beyond client work, Andy contributes nationally as a member of ASFMRA’s Appraisal Education Committee and a current member of ASFMRA National Council, and teaches appraisal classes across the country.

At AG Farm Real Estate, Andy brings together his hands-on farming background, technical appraisal expertise, and successful sales track record to help clients maximize value, whether buying, selling, or evaluating farmland.
